Why was Water dripping under guest bath sink?
Water was dripping under guest bath sink. The plumber came out and by then no more water leaking. I have the manablock water system so I turned off the line to the sink for days before turning it back on for the plumber. Anyway 6 hours after the plumber left it was dripping again. It seems like it is coming right from under sink and is not just a loose fitting. Is there a seal immediately under the sink that he needs to replace or tighten?

if you used the sink and then it leaked, it's probably the seal where the drain fits to the sink bowl. if you look underneath, you'll see a big (probably) plastic nut and there's a rubber cone shaped gasket between that and your sink. try tightening the nut a little. use just your hands. if it turns easily, that was probably your problem. tighten it as much as you can by hand, then run the water and look for a leak. there are a few joints where the water leaves the sink and goes into the wall so make sure to trace back exactly where it's coming from. use tissue to dry it then wrap the area with a piece of dry tissue and it should show where the leak is.

Good color for boys room and guest bath?
My whole downstairs is painted a pale earthy yellow. My 10 year old son has a room off the den with his own bathroom. The bathroom is the guest bath too. What would be a good color to paint his room AND the bathroom? If you know a exact name of a color that would be great too!

Since your whole house is warm. A cool blue or green would be relaxing in a bedroom.

Is it bad ediquette for a house quest to use the master bath as opposed to the guest bath?
We have a fully operating guest bathroom, yet when my wife's family members come in from out of town most of them (especially my wife's mother and sisters) use our master bathroom as opposed to the guest bathroom. I can understand if everyone is here and they need to take showers but they tend to use our bathroom when they are the only guest also.

You and your wife need to tactfully lay the ground rules when guests arrive. Show them to the room they will be using and show them the bathroom. Say something like 'and here is the bathroom you can use, we've put out fresh towels etc but if we can get you anything else please ask'
